Humanitarian aid in Ukraine

Since 2002, we have been working on the reception and care of mothers and children in Ukraine and a sanatorium in Zhuravno. In total, more than 500 children have benefited and more than 5,000 people have been cared for, respectively.

The war between Russia and Ukraine has made us decide to shelter mothers and children in different places in Spain. Initially, we thought of taking them from Lviv to the Polish border, with the possibility of staying temporarily in Krakow, until they could travel to Barcelona by coach, where we could receive them.

Rafa Moreno Catalá will be in charge of the expedition, as he is the person who has directed the project since 2002. We will try to bring humanitarian aid by coach to leave it with trusted organizations by the Ukrainian border.

When they arrive in Barcelona, Acció Familiar Barcelona will be in charge of accommodating them either in families or in some of the holiday camps that have offered themselves for this project.

We count on your support to be able to help many families to be in a safe place: ES29.3025.0002.4514.3300.0164
